How to return an item?
1- Go to the "My Account"
page.
2- Go to "Order History".
3- Select the order that contains the
items you want to return.
4- On the opposite side for item
images, there is a red icon for "Return" Click on it, fill in the
form and click "Submit".
5- To find your Return requests list,
Go to “My Account” under “Shipping Tools" with the name of “Returns”. From
here, you can follow up the return process with the site management, and our
team will process your request as soon as possible.
• You can request a refund of an
order within 30 days from the date of delivery or the latest estimated date of
delivery.
Our team will try their best to respond to all requests within two
working days.
• As soon as you make an order and
you changed your mind, you can cancel your order by contacting us immediately
and as soon as the order status is not shipped yet and will charge you all the
fees that was deducted by the credit card processing company
• After an order has shipped, we're
sorry that we are not able to cancel your order.
Refund amount can be refused due to:
• It is over 30 days passed since
the order was delivered to you.
• The order was sent to an address
that was wrongly written by the buyer.
How will I receive my refunded amount?
• The refunded amount will be
remitted back to the original payment method/card which was used to make the
payment for the order.

Usually, the refund period for the used payment method is 14 working days. If
you are having trouble not receiving the payment, please contact your payment
service provider for further assistance.
